Welcome to Hammond Park Secondary College.

Since opening our doors in 2020, Hammond Park Secondary College has grown into a thriving and high performing school community. While we remain a young college, we are proud of the strong culture, traditions and opportunities we have established together. Our recent achievement of graduating our first cohort of Year 12 students, with outstanding results across ATAR, General and VET pathways, marks an important milestone in our journey and reflects the commitment of our students, staff and families.

At Hammond Park Secondary College, our vision is to empower every student to achieve success, discover their strengths and develop the skills and character needed to thrive in a changing world. Guided by our motto, Connect, Empower, Innovate, we are committed to creating a learning environment where every student and staff member feels valued, challenged and supported.

Our values of Wellbeing, Relationships and Excellence underpin all that we do. We believe students achieve their best when they feel connected to their school, develop positive relationships and are inspired to pursue personal excellence. We foster a culture where kindness, respect and high expectations work together to create a strong sense of belonging and achievement.

As our college has grown, so too have the opportunities available to students. We continue to strengthen our academic pathways through the introduction of our Academic Extension Program (AEP), designed to challenge and extend high-achieving learners. Our specialist offerings have expanded with the addition of the AFL Specialist Program, complementing the continued success of our Specialist Music Academy. Through innovative programs such as Ignite in Year 9 and Thrive in Year 10, students are supported to build confidence, engagement, leadership and future pathways.

A strong partnership between home and school remains at the heart of our success. We value the trust families place in us and recognise that meaningful collaboration is essential in supporting every student's educational journey. Together, we can ensure that each young person is equipped to embrace opportunities, overcome challenges and realise their potential.
